The Global Day of Impact was created to unite companies in a shared moment of doing good. We believe that when organizations take action together, the collective energy becomes powerful enough to shift culture, strengthen communities, and inspire meaningful global change.

Our vision is simple: one day where every company — regardless of size, industry, or location — activates their teams for a purpose that matters. By coordinating this single moment worldwide, we amplify every effort and turn individual acts of service into a global movement.

My Journey

Throughout my career, I’ve been deeply committed to helping people access opportunity, community, and purpose. I served as Head of Impact & Chief Financial Officer at Black Girl Ventures Foundation, Head of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Zelis, and Chief Financial Officer at Dignity Housing, strengthening programs for families experiencing homelessness. I also founded PACE Runs, a community-driven movement that brought people together through wellness and connection.

What I Learned

Across every role, one truth became clear: people want to do good — they simply need structure, inspiration, and a moment to do it together. When purpose becomes collective, the impact becomes exponential.
